Yet more traffic lights have sprung up in the New Mills area, this time at the mini roundabout at the top of Union Road. It’s causing mayhem, of course.

Coming down Market Street towards the village, you might be better off turning left down Torr Top Street by the new Sainsburys to get onto Union Road there. Doing so will cut out the lights altogether.
